Yeah. Looking more and more likely. In negotiations right now and may confirm as early as Monday. Only reason why I am dragging my feet is because my PML rep has asked me to wait till Monday evening (after I've spoken with "The Rock")

In fact, I've done some calculations and it seems to me that PML's profit margin is way too high. If I'm not wrong, they're looking at a cool SGD 130,000.00 plus for the M5. Now, that's way over. Anyone interested in bulk PI? We may be able to get a fairly good price if we do so. All we need is 2 - 3 units M5.

Do you have a supplier in mind? How do you get around the waitlists of 1 to 3 years in Europe for RHD models?

No I do not have a supplier in mind. However, I am a freight forwarder and my agents in the UK deal with alot of these guys - expecially Mercedes. I am sure we can get around that once we have established an interest and a commitment by BMW Asia that they will honour the warranty.
In fact, I know for a fact that someone brought in an E39 M5 some years back and BMW Asia backed the car's warranty.
I am sure that once we get the REALLY interested parties in hand, we can speak with the relevant parties concerned.
This is only an idea which I am toying around with right now. As I mentioned earlier, I might just go ahead and proceed with the SL55.

Can somebody take a picture of their iDrive Screen for me please ?
I need the the "Language" section that shows Chinese.
I need to show it to my local sservice manager, to proof that
overseas version does have Chinese interface.

Thank you.
