iTrip works by transmitting in radio frequency to your HU, the iTrip unit and your iPod will be in your car, thus vkool will have zero effect on it.

[quote name='Guest' date='Feb 27 2005, 12:38 PM']Initially I thought the same, but I am sure E60's antenna reception is located outside the cabin [the shark fin (?)], and with the iPod inside the cabin, Ed520's concerns are actually very valid IMHO. I am curious to find out too.

Anyway good job yesterday, my car had never looked so good, even with the Concours. There must be something that I didn't do when I DIY BTW do you have any empty container to spare?
Thanks for da compliment.
Probably due to the pre-wax I was telling you about before you slap on the Zymol wax. It replenishes lost oils in the paint and fills up minor hairline scratches. Thats why your paintwork now looks really really deep and has a nice sheen on the surface. Not to mention the draggy touch when you run your fingers on the paintwork. The preperation of the surface to be waxed is very very important.
Those empty containers are a gem. I'll see if I can find any for you.

I think it is on the rear screen defogger lines.
IMK is right, rear defogger lines are for radio and key, shark fin is for phone and navigation (if you have it that is)
