I did some more matched-pairs t-tests. Below are my test results and predictions, given the results, about how our rankings will be affected after the final data set, the data from RT, is in.
1. For 30 matched pairs, the 0-60 means for CD, MT an RT were 4.620, 4.729, and 4.727, respectively.
a. Null: MT mean <= CD mean/rejected at 0.008 level. Thus, accept MT mean > CD mean.
b. Null: RT mean <= CD mean. Can't reject. Thus, can't conclude RT mean > CD mean.
c. Null: MT mean <= RT mean/rejected at the 0.08 level. Thus, accept RT mean > MT mean cautiously.
Observations/Prediction:
i. a implies that the MT M5 time > CD M5 time which is true. MT time = 4.5, and CD time = 4.2..
ii. b implies that I have no basis to predict that the RT M5 time will be > CD M5 time = 4.2.
iii. c implies that RT M5 time will be > than the MT time = 4.5
Prediction: Those predicting relatively high M5 0-60 times will improve or hold their positions.
2. For 30 matched pairs, the 1/4 ET means for C&D, MT, and R&T were 13.073, 13.013, and 13.128, respectively.
a. Null: MT mean >= CD mean/rejected at 0.08 level. Thus, cautiously accept MT mean < CD mean.
b. Null: RT mean <= CD mean. Can't rejected. Thus, can't conclude RT mean > CD mean.
c. Null: RT mean <= MT mean/rejected at the 0.08 level. Thus, accept RT mean > MT mean cautiously.
Observations/Prediction:
i. a implies that the MT M5 time < CD M5 time which is not true. MT time = 12.9, and CD time = 12.5.
ii. b implies that I have no basis to predict that the RT M5 time will be > CD M5 time = 4.2.
iii. c implies that RT M5 time will be > than the MT time = 12.9
Prediction: Those predicting relatively high M5 1/4 times will improve or hold their positions,
but the evidence is not without problem.
3. For 20 matched pairs, no speed mean difference was significant (C&D mean = 112; MT mean = 112.3; R&T Mean = 111.8)..
Observations/Prediction:
Prediction: The analysis provides no basis for a prediction. However, already existing RT data for an Euro M5 contain a 1/4 speed of 115.8 . So, given the MT result of 114.9, I predict that those predicting relatively low M5 1/4 mile speeds will improve or hold their positions.

a radical isnt what u call a production car lol, its a stripped out back to basic track car, which you can use on the road... see picture below to see what i mean 'basic' LOL

"Here are some new M5 data from the 3/06 MT. I have re-done some of what is above. I will be updating our leaderboard soon.
0-60 4.5
1/4th time 12.9
1/4th speed 114.9"
Znod, Do you have a link to the above data? I search MT's website and did not find anything but estimates.

Please verify.

I quess MT not does have the data for the 3/06 issue online yet. The estimates, of course, have been there a long time.

Hi All:
Well, I know we all are eagerly awaiting the MT results for the M5.
In the interim, we can at least celebrate the CD 7/06 M6 results.
0 to 60--4.1
1/4 ET--12.4
1/4 TV--121
Drive Train--"7 speed manual with automated shifting and clutch"
Rear Gear--3.62 LSD
Price as Tested--$106,390
Looks--Georgeous
I want one.
