Prospects for this week are warm (highs of 11?C are forecast) but snow still in the forecast tomorrow although it won't stick. Perhaps later this week... What is everyone else doing?

Picked up my new car Thursday and I am not going to mount my winter tires/rims on them until next winter.

I am waiting for the highway cinders, debris and salt remnants to be swept away and for the first true sign of Spring here in the states...tulips and anything green! It has consistently snowed every year I can remember at least once during the first week of April where I live, so I will probably wait till the end of next month. By then the roads should be clean and the potholes should be patched (for the most part).

Were I in your shoes, I would indeed follow the same course of action.

I just miss my 19" Style 172 wheels.

I think I will still try to find time this week (busy week, I have to intergrate a Buick luncheon on Tuesday and the Auto Show Wed. morning into the work week).

Ja, I think it?s time. As temperatures warm up, winter tires will wear more.

Just took off the winters and 17"ers today, and put on the summers and 18" 135Ms that the car came with. I have never driven the car with these wheels and tires until today, as I took delivery Nov 30 and did an immediate switch to the winters before I drove it away on delivery day. I only drove it home from dealership today, about 12 kms, but would have to say the 18"s and the summers feel more "planted" on the road.

It's all good....

I already removed my Winter tires (Dunlop Winter Sport M3 on style 124 wheels) and put on the Summer tires (PS2 on style 172 wheels)

DRANGED, just updgrade to 172's for the summer, with new treads...problem solved! Keep those 124's for the winter...like Zen.
