The forum requires login, and looking on the nature of it, the forum is specialized in coding, programming, FSC's, some retrofits on the electronical side. These guys can code YOur car over the INet, when YOu have the basic hardware.
What exacty do YOu thing to have seen on thet page. The picture You have attached is from the WDS but not recognizable what exactly.

I checked the pdf's... these are nothing special. Standart WDS schematics, but in Russian language.
The first file is about wds in a place i can not
The second pdf is about wds in the steering column (not visible which car)
The third pdf is the explanation of X8532 in a X5M 09/2011.
All of them can easily be viewed at WDS BMW Wiring Diagram System - Model Selection in English!

i search throw wiring diagrams bmw, and i see that the russians show us how to make the connections but i am not 100% sure about that, beceause i dont't know russian, please someone to translate the diagrams , to corelate with my diagrams!

You must modify wiring of paddle connectors (only wire from pin 1) and add 3 resistors to make paddles working.
See attached pdf, small picture on the bottom left is the modification of M5 steering wheel for standard LCI E60.
