Default Pre LCI paddles in LCI Car

Hi guys, maybe someone can help me.
I bought a pre LCI SSG Steering wheel & paddles and trying to fit in into my E60 LCI.

I‘ve made following modification on my wiring, both SSG pre LCI paddles are working, but both are only upshifting while pulling (push does not work at all on both sides).

Is there a way to flip the left paddle so, the left pull is downshift?

or is the only option to get LCI Paddles or M5 paddles ?

BUT here is my problem: I updated EGS before starting with SP Daten v66. I ran the wires from the SZL to ground and to the connector in the Ebox, removed $205 from VO and added $2TB, coded kombi and EGS and the result is: When I press the GWS to D/S it returns itself to D and paddles not working neither on D or on D/S. Tried many combinations paddles wert00 to paddles wert02, tried updating the GWS and killed it, so got another one and the same thing. GWS returns to D when pushed to D/S and paddles not working. Can anyone confirm if its possible at all to get the paddles working on 525d lci? Or the problem is in me somewhere? Thanks.
P.S. When paddles set to wert00 in EGS the GWS does not return to D itself, but the paddles are not working either.
Hello, sorry for bumping an old thread, but I have the exact same issue with this retrofit on my 530xd. Did you ever manage to get this resolved? I updated my egs to 7592130, I have S1 when I move lever to the left, but if I code paddles wert 01, I loose S or DS modes. When I move lever to the left, it always stays in D. And paddles don't work no matter what I do. Any input is appreciated

My problems mentioned on p.92 and later came from the stupidity, that caused my right paddle to be NOT connected. Therefore my lever was jumping back from M Position. I had forgotten about the "cut", when I was flashing and struggling and only after some time it came back to my mind. I bought spare wires with suitable pins and again dropped the projectCan't believe it took me sooo long to find time to fix that

Hello Tim, glad to see someone managed to do it on a 530xd like mine. I have the exact same issues as you described in earlier posts. I flashed from 7592132 to 7592130 and now I get S1 mode when I move lever to the left. However as soon as I change egs paddles to wert_01, I loose DS or S mode and in all times the paddles are not working. Wiring is correct, from pins 12 13 in SZL to pins 10 11 on EBOX. I checked my wiring harness on steering wheel and it looks in order. Was your only issue this wire break or was there maybe something else you did to get it working?
Any input is appreciated mate since this retrofit has drove me crazy 😅
