WOOFER FIX
Before I get into the details here I want to thank Technic and Patryk for providing all the technical information which has made this fix possible. They are the ones that are the true geniuses behind most of the information here.
I realized about a week or so ago that my stereo was not outputting base through the woofers below the driver's and passenger side seats. After discussing this with Patryk in detail he concluded after some research that on E6x vehicles with the SA676 option (HiFi sound system), the outputs on the Quadralock connector which interfaces with the CIC and AMP, have changed. (This pertains to the full-range signal which drives the woofers under the seat).
A possible solution to correct this issue is to tap into the outputs from the CIC for the rear speakers in order to use the full-range signal to drive the woofers. This means the woofer wires are disconnected from the Quadralock connector and then jumpered to the rear-speaker outputs.
Here are the details on how it was accomplished.
(As usual there are words of caution before you get started)
The rear CIC outputs are identical to the fronts when they are full range. You will need to be careful with the bass levels, as we are also sending a full range signal to the front/rear OEM speakers. We are not entirely sure how strong the low level signal is to drive speakers directly and by raising the bass the power output increases quite significantly to the front/rear speakers.
As long as you can keep the bass in check there should be no issues -long or short term. An alternative to this mod could be to get an inexpensive, balanced input 4-channel amp just for the front/rear speakers. Proceed at your own risk.

Tapping into rear speakers:
Connector "13812" within the Quadralock: Connect pins: 3 (from 13813) to 4 (from 13812), 4 (from 13813) to 1 (from 13812), 9 (from 13813) to 5 (from 13812), 10 (from 13813) to 8 (from 13812).
On my car the colour code for these connectors/wires were:
(These could differ for your vehicle so to be sure reference the pin-outs within the schematic):
Connector 13813:
Pin 10 - Purple/Black
Pin 09 - Brown/Black
Pin 04 - Black/White
Pin 03 - Red/Black
Connector 13812:
Pin 08 - Purple/Black
Pin 05 - Yellow/Brown
Pin 01 - Yellow/Black
Pin 04 - Red/Black

Here are some pics:
First and foremost, disconnect your battery before you get started...
For tools and hardware, you'll need 22 Awg wire, 22 AWG tap connectors to avoid cutting any wires, heat-shrink tubing for a clean install, cutters, small screwdriver, pliers, heat gun.

Once you are able to remove the CIC and disconnect the Quandralock connector, make sure you orient the backside of the connector so that it lines up with the schematics above. This will allow you to remove the correct wires and to complete the mod sucessfully.

Now remove the four wires from the connector as described in the schematic above. Simply depress the "dimple" which holds the pin in place in the housing and you will be able to remove the wire/pin from the connector without damaging it. I also pulled the cable tape back a bit to give me better access to the wires.

Next crimp the 22 AWG tap connectors onto the associated wires on connector 13812 of the Quadralock. In tandem cut 4 PCs of 22 AWG wire at approximately 5" length. Us these as your "jumper" wires and connect one end to the tap connector for each wire. Crimp the tap connectors with a pair of pliers so that the jumper wire is securely in place ansd now makes contact with the original wires in the connector.

Now connect your jumper wires to the associated wires you removed previously from connector 13813 (following of coarse, the wiring diagram in the schematics). I used heat-shrink tubing to properly insulate each connection. You may also choose to use good electrical tape.
