That's the flex-coupling on the tailshaft of the transmission. It's called a Guibo coupling.

Thanks dbae1978 but some how i coulndt find the DSC button, all i can find is the DTC located below the CD head unit. My old TL has this DSC button on the left so i was just wondering like do we have to do a speciall trick to turn it off like the Lexus.

The DSC is linked to the DTC button...hold it down for a few seconds to switch DSC off...it's in the manual.
