Maybe, can consider these Goodyear F1 Eagle GSD3 tyres. The tyres receive very positive feedback on Tire Rack - http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresult...lay.jsp?type=MP
I had these on my previous ride a E46. They're ok, I'll agree they are cheaper than the other brands, apparently its because they're made in Japan or some other Asian country instead of Europe or US.
Quite good in the wet, but got pretty noisy after only a short time (less than 3 months).

Will be sending my ride for first service.. just an oil change i was told.
I have had the software rev up late may. The software update had the wing mirror folded from remote key. Is this the latest software revision? Anybody know if there is latest/greeatest one? My CSA told me there isn't any yet.
So far i have not experienced anymore pick up hesitation/jerks.
He also told me the fix for in dash CD player last track resume is now avialable.
anymore updates on software you folks are aware of?
cheers

Had the Pirelli Zero Rosso on the 18s. They were silent when very new, so much quiter than my previous ride with 17" Pilot Preceda. But just after 600Km, the noise starts to filter into the cabin, the Pirelli got this annoying humming tone even at low speed. I still like the Yokohama AspecDB, unfortunately 245/40/18 is not available.

Kiasu, the jerk comes back. My e60 software also upgraded but problem still coming back. Idling speed up but it doesn't resolve the jerk problem. ![Angry](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/angry.gif)
