You sure you wanna stress your engine?
You will not like your car being dragged in every gear till redline and topspeed till redline! hehehehee

I dynoed my car b4 DMS... MANY warning lights came out!! You wun like the feeling at all.
My butt feel tells me that after DMS, its much faster and responsive.. its worth $$/hp.

Hi guys,

Guess some of you guys who went for the last meetup at railway mall, you would have met Douglas (630 Cabrio).

Anybody keen on a meetup this friday nite?
Venue : Douglas's Pub at Boat Quay ; Cyclone

He said that he can arrange a table for us to sit outside.

1. B_73_M & +

If not, i will plan my nite out at velvet for some eye balling session there...

I will come is there's at least 3 others. I see the plus after your sig; does that mean you're bringing new eye candy?

I last communicated with them via e-mail last week. So far nothing for the 523. I'm trying to organise a session for our friends. Will keep you guys posted.

Hey Ed et al,

You guys keep talking about upping the power of the 523..... is this guy able to do it for the 525 (N52 engine)? Let me know how much power and how much money....

He's sounds like he's in high demand so probably I might not be able to do it the next time he's here.... but maybe the one after.....

Let me know.....

Will also be changing my lights to the 8000K bulbs....

ED: Which cars have you placed the 8kk bulbs on???

Thanks.

525 no problem - I think.

Bought 3 sets of the 8000k but I think I'll leave the M6 out because it doesn't have fog lights. The 8000K as we all know, will restrict the "throw" of the light in the rain and w/out the aid of fog lights, the driver really wouldn't be able to see far enough to be safe.

I've fitted one set onto the GTi, sold one set to a friend and maybe will get BVO to install the third set onto the 545. Tried to DIY the 545 w/out removing the bumper but couldn't. Will observe how Wee does it.

Hey Ed,

Do you find it brighter than the stock one? And you figure that the 8000k one does not throw the light as well as the std ones?

I have seen them remove my front light and its not that difficult..... no need to remove bumper..... If you got time later, I will be there to install my 8000k.... about 4-ish...... If you can, pm me with yr number too......

Lastly, the engine mod..... how much and how difficult and when?

Thanks guys.....

The problem is not the brighness. Most of the white light gets reflected back by rain and fogs. Lights with color temperatures of less than 6000K will be thrown further under the same conditions.
