As you know, everybody's bracing themselves for the intro of the 550 and 650.? May not be here till Jan 2006 though.

As far as Genting is concerned, anything goes for me.?

Russo, you there?

Yeh, I was thinking we'd set off on a sat morning about 8am, maintaining an average speed of 200km/h and above, take a break in machap and after malacca, reach there like lunch time, check in to the room for a shower then hit the casino.

Win a few zillion bucks, take a few pics with the cars, call a couple of babes and settle for the night. We'll set off after the 'continental breakfast' back to Lion City. Any takers?

What family? Never bring family in car for a high speed ride. I'm game if there's a crowd of at least 6 of us.

Russo, you sure about Machap? That place is taboo. Plenty of underhanded cops around there, not forgetting the hidden cameras.

Anybody here with a plan of the route? Must know where the cameras are hidden; otherwise the zillions that Russo win will all go into the payment of fines.

As for timing, I suggest we don't go at the end of the month. Thats when everyone else will be heading south with us on the way back. End of school holidays. Guarantee you speed cameras will be armed with plenty of film and pointing towards the south also.

Also, how about night driving? There surely will be less traffic and most of the cops will be in bed.

New owner, don't mind a couple of news... Night driving is fine but you gonna kill a few battalions of bugs on the way there.

Kill the bugs!!! They all deserve death!!!

New Owner, it'll be great if you've got them. I was given a copy by a friend a few months back but misplaced it.

C'mon Russo, what're you waiting for? Lets get the ball rolling. Time to burn rubber again. Its been too long since the Malacca trip.

Whatever happened to Tategoi?

Yo bros, any day is fine. I have no objection, thats why got nothing to add. But can we set off later? At 8AM the checkpoint is always busy. I suggest 10AM when all the golfers had cleared the customs. This way we can have longer sleep the night before, and had a hearty breakfast in the morning, no rush, and had lunch in KL or Genting.

BTW do I need to settle my previous RM150 fine before going?

New owner, please post camera locations. Thank you.

You want to eat before such a long drive? You sure are gonna have a hard time toilet hopping along the NS highway.

Lets work out the attendance before we do the timing. Also, don't worry about the fine. Just ensure you have the 150 in your pocket on your way back so that if you're stopped, you can pay them there and then. Otherwise, I heard you can make payt just prior to the Malaysian checkpoint; maybe we can find out from our fellow brothers at the bmw.sg site.

Don't forget to purchase Touch and Go card. Its much easier and faster too. RM100 should be enough to last you to Genting and back.

I'll be bringing my set of motorola wakie talkies. Anyone else have besides Tategoi?
