Received my Nuvi 350 on friday. Been playing with it over the weekend. With the malsingmaps, we can't search by addresses rite? What about road names, I can't do that either, is there a way? At the moment, only way is to try and find a landmark nearby and use that. Any other way?

Anyone knows where we can get free Australia city maps?

Does anyone know where to get similar free maps for Garmin for HK, Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul and Shanghai?

Actually I would really like to get my hands to update these maps... anyone knows what tools to use???

Duh...didnt manage to log on yesterday evening due to multiple engagement and got back last night way too late to check the forum, assuming the 9am was firmed, and not realizing a last minute change. Went to Marina this morning around 8.30am and all gone already..haha.
Fireplace,

Met up with Stanley PM Alexandra this morning. Again, thanks for your recommendation.

This guy is good and he even brought me to the PML workshop to have a tour of how the repair is being carried out.

PML should have more of such CSA.

Are you happy with repair?

guys... i lost my bmw emblem on the hood not to pranks after some investigations on priors with pml... cases were reported on culprits among itchy hands are heat and degraded adhesive.
for my case i suspect the heat and "sheer head wind force" from yesterday's run. hahaha! 30 lowsy bucks for that piece of branded tag!

tcc39, sorry to hear about the mishap to your ride hope pml can bring back to pristine condition.
interestingly the CSAs for body work will work differently compare to service center for good reasons... for one the former is money maker vs. the latter the cost center.

Did you have the RM30 coupon stuck to your car wiper blades in Malacca? It could be an offer to claim your emblem back for RM30! They also gave me this RM30 coupon in Malay, I have not found anything missing on my car yet.

zag, I hope so too. From the cost of the repair I gathered from the CSA, it better got to be a good job.

Wow, losing an emblem due to sheer head wind force. You and zig must have been Zig Zagging at above 200+kmh. Did you guys activate on the WF options in the idrive to gain more power prior to the satay run? Not too many know about this special option unless you have attended the ADT.

BTW, the TTS is sometimes laughable. It was trying to say Sungei road and pronounced it as "sun-gee road" instead
Eggz, my Nuvi 310 dun have TTS; at least not available when using Malsing maps. As for searching addresses, you are rite, have to use the map and zoom in on your destination and hit "Go".

saw your ride just now at pml pc with Olivin530. is pml going to paint the side panel front to back? color matching will be a challange there i think..

as for WF.. it was raining here and there during the run so i was cruising at taxi-ing speed so no flaps deployed.
