Hi Eugene,
Could you fill us in on the installation cost involced and how long did you have to wait? My CSA at Alexandra had no idea. Who handled this job for you?

Yeah Eugene, fill us in, I'm interested in this also. Where did they put the aux input, is it in the glove compartment or can you have it inside the center armrest ?

Dindae, sorry but I got Ah Long's details wrong. He is located at the car park on top of Lamborghini at TEBAN GARDEN CRESENT. His mobile number is 9736 1513. Just sent my ride there this evening to touch up the chin which I scraped against a hump.

Regarding SAs, you must know your SA well. Ask for them by name and you'll not be disappointed. 3 GOOD GUYS you can ask for are Paul, Jeffery and Dennis. Picked up my ride from Kg Arang today and was very happy with the job done. The noise from my seat is gone. Best of all, I did not receive any unwanted present from Kg Arang in the form of knocks and scratches which I have grown accustomed to expect everytime I send my ride to Alexandra. SA who handled this was Dennis. My suggestion is to call and ask for the SA first. If its not urgent, ask for an appointment. If it is, then speak with the SA who will definitely assist you. I have had very good experience at Kg Arang and will now go only there.

Lets discuss about banding together the next time we meet. We must sort PML out once and for all. If our faults are not rectified, we will take up a quarter page advert in the local papers; never mind about the cost; we can recover it from PML so long as we state FACTS.

Guys, I was thinking Genting may be a little too far. How about Malacca? We can begin our journey early in the morning of 21 Jan, have breakfast there and be back before lunch. That way, we'll all still have time for our respective families the rest of the day.

Any takers or other recommendations?

Aiyah only 1 reply? Guys, anyone interested? We may not zoom down the highway at 250Km/h but at least its gonna be quite some speed compared to what we do here.

Malacca still a bit too far for breakfast.
How about Yong Peng. It's quite ok. I stopped over there twice before along the main road. I think Tategoi suggested this little town earlier.

Also this is a long weekend, and the causeway jam will start around 6-6.30 especially these few weeks when both checkpoints are behaving a little differently (that is at least true until 2 weeks ago when you could see jams during 10am on a weekday going out of Singapore, or 5-6pm coming into Singapore).
