i know some ppl r bothered by the length of this page..but i think the guys in singapore (ie myself) wud like to isolate any discussion of the singapore E60 here..its cleaner for the rest to look. i feel that the specs of singapore E60 is v different from other parts of the world.

OK, the exciting part I am holding my breath on based on post by sg folks here on verifying options. I told the CSA to look at the list under my VIN.
Yessss! Dynamic Drive is in the list! Yes! Yes! Yes!
Folks do you think the computerised record is accurate?

I think the computer should be accurate, at least I hope so.
Did you notice if your VIN list says BMW business or professional radio. Do you have an "All stations" option in your iDrive FM options? y'know where you see "memorised stations" and "manual selection"
As a sanity check, I have Professional radio and its in my VIN list at PML's computer. If you don't see "All stations" its supposed to be Business Radio.

yeah...indeed it is different. Singapore e60 comes with active steering as standard accessories. No extra charge.
Better still, dynamic drive is free for ZAG.....

This can't be bothering ppl because nobody who is not from Singapore needs to read this thread. And this way you guys can discuss some Singaporean spec things, and if there is something general you can post on other threads, as well as read other threads off course. And letting this thread die and create a new one would just lead to increased threads. I find this the best way you guys chose and don't feel bothered by it in any way.

eggz, Charles Ebenezer from Alexandra has been my CSA since my e46 days. He has been great in fixing whatever complaints i had without much retort or telling me things are normal so "live with it" kind.
I will find out the software version, he told the new rev has fixes for instrument clusters; Engine control module; navigation!? etc.. Don't know what that means but i was told i should get the update. If anything it must different from what i had back in late may'04 the last update.
