Update on Internet radio with the iphone and the dension 500.
I drove a distance of 20 miles from Staten Island to Queens.
The stations worked no problem. Didn't disconnect or anything.
So no need for sattelite radio! I've got free internet radio with my iphone 3g.

...glad to hear another happy camper!So you don't have CDC or OEM iPod interface to begin with, right? Then just install the Dension GW500 and the stealership coded as iPod interface? What's dip switches setting you end up using?

Right, no CDC or OEM ipod interface. just installed it and had the stealership coded as ipod interface. i use 1,2 up rest down.i also followed the 3B instructions.

Oh, another update. Not sure if anyone knows, For anyone that is using a USB external HD for their Dension, make sure you format it to Fat32.
I first formatted it to NTFS but that didn't recognize. I know Win2k, WinXp, WinVista doesn't format higher than 32gb on Fat32. I used Partition Magic to format it correctly.
