Yes, I did it.

The Dension 500 announce itself to the BMW programming station as OEM iPod interface.

Is that when you turned the switch to CDC? or you just didn't do anything to the dension?

Man I love this. Will they come out with a sat radio module? I think i broke my darn Sirius OEM module. I was installing it yesterday and the pin that connected the Sat antenna broke! don't know how i'll fix it or what to do. I just want SAT radio.

No, I made dip switches 1,2 & 6 up and tried to enable it as CDC then failed but all good made it as iPod interface.

Hmm. I have 1 and 2 up and the rest down.

Should it be the same for all cars? I'm using the 3B installation option. (installation documents).

Yea, you'll need your car upgraded with the software.

the dension is $420.

So are we able to get the Dension installed at an local BMW as an ipod intergration?
