Full Maintenance on a BMW is the US means EVERYTHING
, not just scheduled maintenace.? Every working part and accessory is covered, the only things not covered are tires, wheels, and things caused by driving erratic, like money shifts, etc

the four year program you speak of is one in the same, think of it like this, everything is warrantied for 4 years, so any maintenance would be covered by the warranty, like brakes, and oil changes, fluid refills, and wiper blades, and almost everything else except driver caused problems, thats the Full Maintenance...

I know what the warranty covers and the maintenace program covers on the E60. What is the difference between the maintenance programs on the Audi and BMW?? As a former Audi and BMW owner I always thought they were pretty similar, but BMW doesn't think so. What do they know that I don't? What is the difference between the maintenance program on the Audi A6 and the BMW 5er? Anyone?

As a long time Audi owner, the plans operate the same way. Audi pioneered inclusive service years ago. With my Audi, everything was always taken care of & they never made an effort to differentiate if warranty or service plan. I find my BMW dealer is always informing me if its under warranty or the service plan. I also find BMW so much more particular in terms of the numbers of lights for servicing (dealer prefers when the lights been on yellow a while) or the amount of time elapse before they will replace the wiper inserts.
I think Mercedes will have some baclk last for doing away with it.

My last car was an Audi. Same warranty, even wiper blades, brakes and pads, lights, etc, for four years/50,000 miles.
