Put ur fingers on the top of the window as its going up, as soon as ur fingers hit the top the window magically the window goes back down..no pain...I used it the other night i bet a friend that I would roll my fingers up in the window...made $1!! It works with ur head if your ur gf/wife is getting on ur nerves..im sure that'll shut em up!!

....also if the window isnt all the way up you can apply light pressure and itll go back down!!

This is the Anti Trap safety feature; now implemented in almost all modern cars. Mainly to avoid children traping their heads & arms in a closing window.

I'm with Rudy on this one. Even though bardel is right and "at" 5 mph increments is tecnically correct, I bet 80% of people who read it will assume that it means going up/down from the current speed by 5 mph. So in the interest of clarity I would have explained it in a longer sentence like Rudy did.
Sheeesh you guys are getting really hung up on this!!!

In any case, the first time you try it, I'm sure it's operation would become clear. But I do understand that 80% of those who try it may be tempted to subscribe to Rudy's clearer explanation.

Even though mine is right!

The sunroof does this as well.

Be careful - if you hold the button in the "close" position, the anti-trap feature will not work and you WILL get your fingers pinched.

Buddy told me this the other day...tired of things sliding around in your trunk? Flip the carpet over in the trunk and you will get a real nice rubber mat and items will stay put when you drive.

I like this idea,

This would also be useful if you are transporting items that could dirty or stain the floor of your boot / trunk.

Maybe this would be an added advantage if you do happen to find a stunning blonde in there?

This is a very useful tip (which is why we have it in the FAQ). My mat was flipped on day one and will likely stay that way until day 1095...
