Hears a neat trick I like.

If you have been driving (or parked with the light switch being in auto mode) and the exterior lights aluminated.

Sometimes you need outside lights after parking and locking up your car.

Pull the indicator paddle towards you once and the exterior lights will come back on again giving you 30secs of lights to direct you up the garden path, country road etc.

Yes, this is a very useful feature. You can also set the timer for the light for 30 secs, 40 secs, or longer, not sure what is the max.

Great idea. However, it should be limited to "tips" which are not described in the manual.

Sorry maybe i didnt make myself clear
I actually don't want any of my passengers getting out of the vehicle until I unlock all doors myself
I've heard this is a very common request amongst law enforcement and mob guys...

I expect everything we mention will be in the manual. But seriously, who reads that huge thing....

I think that there are several of us here that have not read the manual completely or only read it when something goes wrong, this thread has been very helpful even though some of these things are not secrets.....

Cheers

Possible Solution: Use the Child Proof Lock, so the doors can only be opened from the outside...

I have comfort seats, that close in around your torso when the car is started, but does not,....(as far as I know) have the dynamic bolster function found in the M5. However, when I drive the car, I get the feeling of very subtle adjustments taking place with the side bolsters.....am I mad??
I thought it was only me.... I get the same feeling too! Sometimes it even feels like the seat heaters are on, at a very very low level even though I've not turned them on.

I know for a fact that sometimes the thigh extenders creep back into the seat slightly. It's really bizarre, but this happened on my E39 as well.

It could be that blonde that pops out from you trunk, per my earlier post about the other trick I learned. Anyone try it yet?
