I'm booked in to get my summer tires put on and a software update on the 7th. I will report back on my findings on Friday. Dealer currently has 16.1.

Are you sure about this? I've got No-Nav and the standard UK "non professional" radio. I was told by the dealership I'd need the professional radio to be able to read MP3s.
I guess the real test will be soon when one of us "Non Nav, standard radio" types tries 16.2 out. I suggest we pool our experiences on this thread.
BTW...Does anyone know whether the US "standard" radio is the equivalent of the professional or non professional radio in Europe. I think that might help to clarify what works and why.

Funny!I promise to start a thread with the same title as soon as the software hits the US. I've been draggin my feet to swap out my snow tires and I plan on rementioning the 5 ring limit in BT, thus guarenteeing an upgrade...
