Hey all, this email is to report that I finally received the new wheels yesterday. I opened all four boxes, and they seem all good.
It looks like we can put an end to this chapter.
The next step is installation.

Hopefully Chapman has fixed their shipping methods. I plan to buy from them in the future as their prices cannot be beat.
Lets hear how they perform when you get them installed.

let me advice you to read their policy stated in their website
