Sorry about your pain But what size were they? I have had a issue like that before with shipping rims, but they sent some more after i sent those back. So just explain the situation to them and then next time get your taracking number and let the sender and the deliverer know that you are the only authorized signer for the shippment.

then again this was my own doing but i share your pain.. make sure they don't get away with that. its good that you took pics as prof.. also they will notice the wheels have never been mounted and clearly only the sender or shiping company are at fault

My rims from them were also double boxed

I would send them an email and post the link to this discussion of their service.
Might get their attention a little quicker.

I sent an email to bwmwheels.com (Chapman BMW of Scottsdale) explaining the problem. I tried to be polite as possible under the circumstances.

I also referred them to this link. Thanks for all of the kind comments. After the ordeal with the replicas, I am hoping to join you all as a happy owner of OEM #166 wheels.

I will report back when I hear from them.
