Hong Kong E60 sub-Forum
Welcome to the real world!
Thats the HK economy for you.... we have cycles.... and happens every 5 years or so... last one was sars in 2003/04....and then we had the recent financial crisis.....
Just dont think that you can make big profits all the time with property.... cant stick to a schedule if you are looking to offload... just follow market and when high, gotta decide if the profits made is enough or risk waiting for market to increase more or touch wood.....crashes.

Polish the glass with polisher, apply one coat of sealant (Not wax).
I done my windscreen 2 years ago and still repells water very well
Kee pre is good, but the price they charged are way too high, compared with what they use.
So i only take my car there for car wash when i am not free.

What kind of sealant did you apply? Any recommendation?
If I were you, I will change all 4 to RE11 in one time. A bit worry about different brand and age tyres mixing together will give funny unexpected result. Yours is a supercar not a general German car.
Keith - agree that Keepre is a lil on the expensive side but customer service is good and they give me free coffee for when I wait....!! ha ha!!
To be honest, if i had a water source at home, i would prefer to do regular washes at home and only go to a detailer for waxing it etc... but because i dont, then i am happy to pay a bit more for the convenience of going to get it all done for me.
Not sure why, but i trust keepre more than say Glaze or CAR or the other car valeters in those multi storey car parks. Bill, you use CAR dont you? Any comments??

sorta, the E60 has RE01R which is replaced by RE11 last year. also my neighbour who has several super cars use RE11 on his 997 GT3RS, giving me more confidence.
that guy is crazy: 997 turbo, 997 GT3RS, Cayene Turbo, F430 Scuderia, Gallado Superleggera, E60 M5, E90 M3, F01 7er... keeps me drooling when washing my E60 in carpark starring his cars.

Seems can hardly go wrong with property mrket in HK, as long as u can afford to hold on to property!!! Although, i just wonder after the high prices we have seen recently, how some investors can sell and make much profit.....
