Welcome to the real world!
Thats the HK economy for you.... we have cycles.... and happens every 5 years or so... last one was sars in 2003/04....and then we had the recent financial crisis.....
Just dont think that you can make big profits all the time with property.... cant stick to a schedule if you are looking to offload... just follow market and when high, gotta decide if the profits made is enough or risk waiting for market to increase more or touch wood.....crashes.

this is how my dad get 2 free e60 cars and a stepwgn from HSBC.
you guys work hard for your cars and flats

I wish I can do the same but I never going to be hard worker.
I think ppl try and make big $$$ on property are very wrong and mad
easy come, easy go.
Like I said to all my friends. I will never buy property in HK, just not my style and I never can afford it
flats in HK are just way too high compare to UK and other places.
1 village house in HK = 5 house back at home in UK
if I did not have a free house in HK which I have waited for over 21 years, then I would have stayed in UK 15 years ago and still be driving my $hity Ford Sierra and living with my mum and dad like most ppl in UK.
BTW Bill how long did you wait for your village house?
