OMG!!!
They finally available in HK!!!
Man, you just save me few hundreds dollars of sending it back from UK!

Z2 pro is the one am talking about, can be used on glass aswell although it said it is a polish, it is a sealant in fact
I strongly recommend to get the Z8 aswell, apply after every wash and your wax or sealant can last longer and longer!

I use their leather kit aswell, it doesnt not contains oil so no greasy feel, smells good, leather feels soft and leave you matte finish.
So Z2, Z8 Z9 and Z10 is what i recommended for this brand
Cos I tried everything already

I understand the concept of buy low sell high....

What im saying is how are these investors who have been buying at the top of the market are then able to sell and make a profit.... and those who they sell it to.... well, they are pretty stuffed if the market doesnt continue to go up! Someone will lose out..... at the end of the chain, so to speak!

18 months from applying i got the Letter of exemption and than the Building license
get a good solicitor, good surveyer, good plans= easy application, don't use country bumpkin solicitors and buddies=f up, and it's computerised nowadays.
the cost of construction was 900k back then for normal tiles, 700sq foot footprint, square shape,
use white tiles on the exterior as they don't lose colour and also spanish tiles, to prevent leakage.
make sure they use enough steel and also the base should be elevated, and in Song Bill style
get nice walls with prisoner of war camp razor wire and broken glass bottles on the tops and a sign saying E60's only.....

also don't sign letters allowing right of way to people as then that land is fccckd and cannot be used
to erect any more, if they want to use the land to pass thru, then they should pay for it, in that respect it should be very expensive.

you guys work hard for your cars and flats
I wish I can do the same but I never going to be hard worker.
I think ppl try and make big $$$ on property are very wrong and mad
easy come, easy go.
Like I said to all my friends. I will never buy property in HK, just not my style and I never can afford it
flats in HK are just way too high compare to UK and other places.
1 village house in HK = 5 house back at home in UK
if I did not have a free house in HK which I have waited for over 21 years, then I would have stayed in UK 15 years ago and still be driving my $hity Ford Sierra and living with my mum and dad like most ppl in UK.

BTW Bill how long did you wait for your village house?

3 village houses= 9 units= like 9x3M=27M

Captain can get off on this and get his Ferrari 430
we are waiting for that ride in that car Capt, no excuses now then!!!
the countdown has began...........

if u don't sell, rent them out 9x10k= 90k per month and you can still pay for a Ferrari

ha ha NO EXCUSES now KAPITAN

I dont have any to sell until 5 years time.
I would rent them out now which I know is very easy now that the govt is telling ppl to rent and not buy.

I got out from "the village" 13 years ago,
unless u have a snazzy one overlooking Clearwaterbay, sadly most HK people
think you are a bumpkin
thats the sad thing

BUT no I can not have to wait for 5 year until I can sell it to get alot more money or it is just wast of time selling it now.
right now if I what to sell it I will need to pay over 4,000,000, which I will only make about 1,000,000 which I need more to buy the 360
also village house don't go up that much like the flats you sell and buy outside.
