I didnt personally buy one... family did.... just the regular GTI. It was Keiths mate who wanted to sell it before it landed and change to that new 4 door A5. Forget the name... sportback or something....

played with the GTi gen6 once, quite a lot of power from such a small engine. get a set of Z1 ready, cos even I can make the stock tire squeak, feel very initial D when it squeak though.

wheel spins is 1 major drawback for front drive cars and that deterred me from picking the a4 when I was deciding what car to buy. also the steering and brakes in vw/audi are too light to my liking.

well there are not many choices for pro like you, just get the MRS/Elise man. no need to look around too much, you are not into modding the car so better buy one that does the job great in stock form.

try the F10 and new Z4 it about the same as Audi, very light :thumbsdown: not liking it at all.

keiths friend maybe getting the S2000 this month so he may need your help to look at it.
I cant wait until he gets it, will get him got for ND and have a spin at TMS
