To tell you the truth, the resale value of 7er (unlike the 5er or 3er) is what made me shifted... at least by far Porsche is still better at resale value... then of course the handling, the power, my dream brand (not exactly my dream model thou) etc, etc...

Someone will lose out..... at the end of the chain, so to speak!
they are very brave.
if it dose not go up , they will have to go up the building and jump off it.

the cost of construction was 900k back then for normal tiles, 700sq foot footprint, square shape,
use white tiles on the exterior as they don't lose colour and also spanish tiles, to prevent leakage.
make sure they use enough steel and also the base should be elevated, and in Song Bill style
get nice walls with prisoner of war camp razor wire and broken glass bottles on the tops and a sign saying E60's only.....

also don't sign letters allowing right of way to people as then that land is fccckd and cannot be used
to erect any more, if they want to use the land to pass thru, then they should pay for it, in that respect it should be very expensive.
that is good and much easier for 1 house.
my took this long because there will be 45 house to be built and funny that you say dont sign letter allowing right of way to people.
I did because the EVA road is bang on my privet land and we ask for the hole house for free and not just 700sq foot.
my house is the 1st 1 from the site.
I remember 10 years ago that a old lady wanted 100k for each tree she planted on that site but we only gave her 20k each and she had 10 trees

The first mod I have in mind is a set of M-tech kit. Could someone kindly recommend where is the best place to get them? I've to admit I'm a cheap guy so cost/effectiveness is a good concern.

Thanks a lot for your help in advance!

Dude, I have only seen one simple rule in most businesses, especially real estate investments... $CASH$ is king
