in most parts of the world, real estates aint great investment, too illiquid but that seems less so in hk.

Kee pre is good, but the price they charged are way too high, compared with what they use.
So i only take my car there for car wash when i am not free.

What kind of sealant did you apply? Any recommendation?

Mr Chu

If I were you, I will change all 4 to RE11 in one time. A bit worry about different brand and age tyres mixing together will give funny unexpected result. Yours is a supercar not a general German car.

To be honest, if i had a water source at home, i would prefer to do regular washes at home and only go to a detailer for waxing it etc... but because i dont, then i am happy to pay a bit more for the convenience of going to get it all done for me.

Not sure why, but i trust keepre more than say Glaze or CAR or the other car valeters in those multi storey car parks. Bill, you use CAR dont you? Any comments??
I do washing and wax myself....because i don't like others touching my E60.

that guy is crazy: 997 turbo, 997 GT3RS, Cayene Turbo, F430 Scuderia, Gallado Superleggera, E60 M5, E90 M3, F01 7er... keeps me drooling when washing my E60 in carpark starring his cars.
Hahaha...we should use "many" to describe this guy... almost 10 cars......can't believe it.

Seems can hardly go wrong with property mrket in HK, as long as u can afford to hold on to property!!! Although, i just wonder after the high prices we have seen recently, how some investors can sell and make much profit.....
