ITS OFF!!!

Last minute decision made today due to two factors

1. Good Friday is NOT a public holiday in Malaysia and therefore the traffic will still be bad, big trucks will be travelling along the highway, etc.

2. F1 at Sepang happening over the weekend. There will be an exodus of cars from down South going up to KL.

The two factors above make it bad business to be travelling along the N/S highway on Friday, so Russo and I decided to call it off and maybe we will do it again sometime soon

Hi tategoi

Just drop them an email and tell them how many invites you want - they would benefit greatly with your presense

Cheers

Hahahaha....what else do you need to know? We already know one sentence that sums up their service; "Its like this". Maybe another one; "this problem is inherent in the E60"
Hahahaha.......

Just the other day after our kopi session at Yakun, I went to PML about my seat belt clicking sound, the CSA really said the excat words, "its like this. Seat belt retracting sure got noise." I invited my dear CSA over to the showroom across the driveway, asked to see if its really like that. Next he just kept quiet, went to his desk, and asked me when I wanna send in my car. Should I stay with this CSA?

Mr Sim, if the host is not sincere, I don't want to force my way through. Its very tiring lah

Hey Bro Budi & Edlee

I fully understand your unhappiness. We pay good money to buy satisfaction that the ride should deliver; and if it does not measure up, the people behind the support team MUST be kicked to wake up!

And this is a perfect opportunity to voice our concerns in unity. Somehow, I think by turning away, we are not solving the issues to our advantage. We are not letting our ride rot because of a couple of csa who don't measure up! No use crying over spilt milk and still plying the E60 with TWO COWS in tow!

You have 2 choices, live and let live - stay or walk out of this brand; the latter would definitely require unity in numbers to create a sufficient impact. But how many will .......

In summary, if you are not throwing your ride soon, if you CANNOT get a make that offers better ride comfort, better handling, better service, better people (as in csa), better this and better that (that's why you are still using the E60, right?), than why not scare them with your presence. And if there's notthing else, lets see what they could do to call themselves Performance in their name if they can't.

Incidentally, the 2 COWS - one is cow peh and the other is cow bu!!

Bro Sim; I am very disappointed that you think this way of your fellow forumers here.

By the way, from the tone of your post, I gather that you may be thinking of a replacement for your E60 soon? No points for guessing the brand.

Just kidding!!!
