Ed, I don't think Sim implied we are the cows. You did, Mr Sim?!!

You guys have done a lot already, throwing keys at the director, and banging tables, so did your actions translate to a better after sales? Did your actions scare them at all? PML does not need to make everyone happy, as long as 95% of the BMW drivers are happy, perhaps they have already hit their key performance index.

At least after I convinced him that my issue is NOT normal, he had agreed to give me an appointment, for that I will give him a pass, maybe a C6. Well, I just wanna whined a little once in a while. Especially when this board is so quiet, I was trying to lure people out to post Where are the rest?

For the small problems that I have now, I choose to live and let live, stay by this car, enjoy the ride, and live with PML after sales service. But I am sure that there bound to be some cars out there that are better than E60, especially my entry-level E60, however, not many of us can afford to change car every few years.

I always think people will learn. I am sure the next time when a customer walks up to my CSA, and tells him a problem, he will think twice before saying "its like this". If not next time, then another next time. One day that next time will definitely come. I don't believe one can continue working with lousy attitude for long.

Hey Bros, your interpretation of my post is utterly interesting - under no circumstances will I want to brand 2 of our best forummers with such innuendo and expect to get away scot-free This is totally out of context man!

It can be fun when there are people who likes to be cows, others like to call themselves lim-peh, yet others are chio-bu(s).... put them all together - C.P.C.B

Check-in often or you would miss the fun

I am wondering how many of our forummers got the "this-not-covered, and that, not-covered" antics from CSAs when their ride is in the 3rd year of warranty??
