i was at my installer place talking about this subject today. if i can get it done by this week, i can show you guys how to go about it....

i am also trying to find a suitable TV receiver on top of the DVD player. i am trying to make use of the TV antenna in our car which is capable of TV reception without any extras on the car.

fingers crossed!

Yeah!!! Lets talk about it this Sunday. I'd need two sets; one for E60 and another for E63. TV is good enough for me. No DVD needed.

I'll have my 166M rims with PS2 on this weekend.

My Ride: E39 -- E60 coming soon

Hi All

Been lurking and enjoyed reading all the last 3000+ posts.

I'm waiting for my Titanium Silver E60 and was wondering if you guys have any recommendations for polishing/waxing lighter colours like Tit Silver. All the discussions here seem to be about Black.

Thanks in advance

Hi, try CarWorks at Owen Road, which specializes in Zymol wax. Have been a customer there since 4+years ago and the shine on my E39 Orient Blue is as good as new even after 4+ years. A bit x though but the quality is excellent. I believe they have a wide range of wax to suit all color and burget. Look for Lionel, the boss there. He just traded his Merc for a Titanium Silver E60. He is using the Royal range of wax for his own ride, apparently and probably the most expensive wax in the world. Nice guy. CHeers!

Coincidentally a few of us here are also using the Zymol waxes. Our groomer is at Toh Guan. The boss is not only nice, he is an expert in BMW cars. I was just telling another customer today that I pay consultation fee for BMW advice, but I got free grooming sessions for my E60 Sometimes a few of us will GTG at the groomer while waiting for our cars to be spa'd.

Anyway I was also a member with Carworks for 3 years when I was driving my Bora then.

Go to Russo. He's one of our forum members. His ph no is 9457 7979. He also uses Zymol and is a hell of a lot more friendly that those guys at CarWorks. Plus he's ex-PML which makes him a good source of info on technicalities, etc.

Take a look at my album and you'll appreciate the shine.

Coincidentally I was a client of CarWorks before I made the switch. Never looked back since. In fact Russo's become a friend to many of us already.

He's got many different packages. Only setback is that he doesn't have women massaging your ride at his spa. They're all husky voiced monsters like you and I.

You may reach him at 9457 7979. Incidentally he's the same guy that Tategoi was writing about.

Hi Edlee, were you at Alexandra PML this afternoon? Saw a black E60 with the same set up you have. And there's an E60 infront of your car using the m5 rims, looks really awesome!

By the way, do you know any shops here in Singapore that carry Hartge stuff?

Thanks.
