The GPS software calculates the bearing using your car's previous and present position. The problem with GPS is the inherent error of ?3m to ?100m depending if SA (Selective Avaliability) is turned off or on. So even when your car is not moving, the GPS will provide 2 different position samples. Thus, your GPS software will think that you have moved and calculate the wrong bearings.
I also use the move forward a little trick but not always successful.

Mio 169 is not bad with Mapking.
maybe you should give a try for garmin que, it is free anyway.

Hi guys sorry to cut in like that..but i am new here i just got my 523 last month... was wondering wether people in here could enlighten about the car that i am driving.....i am looking for a body kit like ACS but is there other places that do different kits beside the ACS.... or anyone letting off his body kit? i have a set of month old m5 135 ,18 which i may consider swapping with anyone who has a 124 cast 18... do let me know if anyone one of you maybe interested.... please enlight en me on the body kits that are in singapoere keen of puting on the kit... cheapand good... broke now after buying the car..haaaa but hand has a itch....do contact ...98305155 Terence

nRoute is also free but I need a validated copy of MapSource to be installed on my PC before it installs. Sigh.
