Hi totoseow530i

Heh heh...overall are you happy with your babe?

You also have alignment problem. Shit man, y such thing happened huh? Usually first 3-4 weeks is ok, after 1 month the minor expected surprises will come. However, it will not cause any harm. It just happened once or twice and later never appeared again.

My side mirrors also fold in without going up. I was surprised when someone here said it goes up. I thought only 530i has that feature. I was trying to use brute force to turn the mirror up manually

PDC is useful leh. The car is longer to me (i used to drive shorter car). The boot is quite high. For my first few days, i usually get out of the car to judge the distance when reversing. Other drivers thought I was L plate.

You enjoy ya!.

totoseow,

Congrats! The car will not be so quiet after a while, especially after run in, so not to worry. The side mirrors only fold in and not up. Enjoy!

congrats....enjoy ur ride! actually, i didn't really go to the extent to check on the alignment of the doors when collecting my car, maybe i was too excited to care...
as for the boot..what locking problems were u referring to which was happening to other pp?
i think your light sensor may be too sensitive, thats why its switching on even in the day.i have not really tried to turn on the light sensor in the day so dun know if mine is faulty. i would advise u to get it checked out....

hi all...i din check the dynamic drive in the end...no way i supposed...i just drove to south buona vista road n threw the car around....errr tells me nothing...i think all bmws will handle about the same way with or without DD...i hv no basis for comparison.

think i got to go back to the manual to check out the sensitivity of the lights...not even sure if its the right button i turned it at!

my friends think that i m a chauffeur now driving that car...its big...n i m small...arrrgh!!! think i got to wear a tie, no more white shirts n hv funky hair do no..when i m driving it...

Huh? kiasu, you mean after run-in the engine won't be as quiet? Insulation should remain the same rite?

BTW, do the mirrors fold electrically or by arm power?
