I was with Zag when he test drove the 630. Before that I was having fun with the new Golf GTI. Both had almost similar 0-100, but somehow I felt that the taking off in the GTI is more exhilarating. And at a price 1/3 of the 630 cab, its definitely a cheap thrill, relatively speaking.
And BTW, any Liverpool fans here

Juz got wind that 16.x is in PML and the annoying MESSAGE is OFF!!!!
Zag, it finally paid off!!
And I would need 16.2 for my P910i to work as in

! Tategoi, no doubt you will feel the Golf will sprint more eagerly when the turbo kicks in. The NA engine is always more linear in power delivery and dun forget the 6 cabin is quite insulated also. I guarrantee you once you have it you want a sub 6 sec also. The GTi can be modded to get more HP i think.
Wanna come along for the 645i test drive?
Yesterday while driving along upper thomson, got pushed by a 330i cab from behind, didn't know how fast is the cab with same engine as mine so i just pedal to metal all the way. Suprisingly I was able not only to keep up but kept moving away from him and by the time i gas off it was at least couple of car length. Dunno if he was suprised he could not fly pass me. Love the sound of the e46 cab exhaust growl when they kick down.
Toto has got a new exhaust fitted, want to listen to his roar. Are you back yet, toto?

yes yes me back. just tested the e90 320i....along portsdown. very planted altho the engine is a bit lacking...since its 4 pot.
my car has been in since sunday. host of issues...15k oil change; drivers mirror motor; stain on sun-roof; wind-screen wind noise; back doors dun lock when driving off; front passenger seat-belt warning..
ok also asked to change brake-pads....shud stop those high-speeds braking...
tomr collecting after they put on new windshield...n new version of i-drive..yup wifout that message!
zag, the cabrio 330 is heavier than ur 530i by a wee bit if i m not wrong. ur car will take the speed bends better due to DD...not much to choose i will say.

That's great, I was going to tell you about 16.2 for the 910i when I read it.
I had called my CSA about 16.2 since it's supposed to enable mp3 playback, but haven't heard from him. Let us know how the update goes!
