WOW i just read this whole thread from start to finish and i must say it was a very interesting. It certinaly confirms to me that the US is a society of "gun toting" people and it is clear that people from countries outside of the US find this hard to comprehend, me included.
Anyway.......as we are not allowed to carry guns here in Australia i always wear this whilst driving the E60 just in case someone wants to F**K with me.

It was also a hobby of mine when I was a licensed firearms dealer. I gave it up for other endeavors, and because I wasn't very good at it.
I have a few nice 1911 Colt Lightweight .45's, totally custom...I had someone else do 80% of the work - Dave Helton, gunsmith in Seattle, WA.

Aren't those hollow points still illegal in the States?
Are you sure you are from Texas?

Even I want this thread to die. Last time, we basically agreed thus:
1. Everybody in the world thinks Americans are a little odd
2. The Americans think everybody else doesn't understand them
3. The best place to tote your "piece" is in the rear armrest storage, or in a holster about your person
Can't we just leave it at that and be done with it?
Please?
