Does anyone have working INPA for e60 N62?
I have one, but only reading and resetting engine codes work.
Alternatively, I'm looking for a way to re-sync my key with immobilizer.

I'm using the same download that most everyone else is using though, so not sure what the issue is. Was your car updated recently or anything?

Thanks to ncsugrad2006 and few other buds I got the files ME9_N62. I can read error codes, clear errors, read status, but when I go to re-sync EWS I get this error as on the pic.![545i hydrolocked (well maybe)-error1.jpg](https://5series.net/forums/attachments/e60-discussion-2/143161d1482365545t-545i-hydrolocked-well-maybe-error1.jpg)
I'm thinking that I have mismatch of ECU with some parts of INPA. Is that correct assessment or I should be checking something else ?

It has been a while, since I had time to work on 545. But, I finally got some time this weekend and did a leak down test. I stopped the test when I got to one cylinder and found that oil was blown away through dip stick tube. The conclusion is that the engine needs major rebuild or replacement.
I think I will go with replacement and speaking of which are there some good manuals on how to do it ?
Also, what should I watch out when buying a used engine? I've a handful of items, but just want to make sure I'm not skipping on anything.
