Default 05 545i sport package ride height off

Question for you guys. Does a stock suspension 05 545i with the sport package sit higher in the rear than the front? I like the front gap but have a large amount in the area that I don't like. It is time for new struts and I am contemplating springs but only if the ride height will be even in the front and rear.

Are you referring to the "large amount" in the rear? The only way to even out the fender well gap at all four corners is to go with adjustable coilovers. Lowered performance springs will not even it out, the rear will still have more gap than the fronts.

FYI, if you were to compare the rear ride heights on passenger and drivers side fender well, you'll notice almost an inch of difference in height. I believe all E60 are like this. IMO I think it's because of the battery but no one knows for sure.
