Problem solved!!!? I am keeping my car after all.
The noise comes from a faulty Cam Chain Tensioner, which was recommended by the FSE to be replaced.? My car runs like a charm now.
Thanks for all your help

Very good news! Congrats!
This is the one thing I hate the most, when a dealer is telling you that you are a liar. They don't know your car as good as you, so they should believe in what you tell them!
What did your dealer said after all?
I'm just glad you are not leaving the family!

glad to hear this, I'm still a bit mad that they took that long to fix your car and they tried to say it was fine, I mean how can they possibly say that engine sounded normal! amazing but everything si back to normal so good luck

I did not want to rub-in with the dealer. After all, I still need them down the road. My Service Advisor was very glad that my problems were solved too. The whole job took 2 solid days because they had to un-mount the engine to access the tensioner. It would have to be authorized by the FSE in order for the dealer to offer this kind of major repair anyways.
