Looks like Ferrari have caved in to the tune of Max and Bernie. Perhaps they didn't want to get tied up in court which is what bernie said he would do if ferrari did pull out.
Linky..
Ferrari should beat the two ronnies at their own game. Start a sister team and use that team to run all the developments ontrack at race days. Effectively they will be runing at 80million rather than the 40million cap the bum slapper is suggesting.
OR channel their efforts into creating a new series but race in 2010 with a skeleton team just to make sure they honour their TV contract with Bernie. I am sure the contract doesnt stipulate they have to race to win but rather be in the race. Now that would be a great slap on both max and bernie.
I wish..!!!!
cheers

Brabham have become the latest team to confirm they have lodged an entry for the 2010 F1 Championship
http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines/2009/6/9429.html
Next year there will be 13 teams, but there have been more applications by teams, than there are places, and the FIA will anounce the succesful teams on June 12th.
Does anyone know how they decide which teams will be included, and which ones not?? Is it by how much financial backing they have, or is it possibly the image that a certain team will bring to F1? Does it also mean that the newly formed USGP team are not guaranteed to be accepted for next year??

Here is a list of new teams that have applied to the FIA to race in Formula One for 2010.
Brabham, Prodrive, Lola, March, Litespeed, Epsilon Euskadi, US F1, Campos Meta1, Team Superfund and N.Technology.
And with his "new vision" for a cheaper and safer Formula One, here is what The Turd would like the race cars to look like in 2010.
