EDIT: Never heard of Orient. Northwest Orient airlines yes, Orient watches no.

I absolutely LOVE Brietling's original 806 Navitimer's but new Breitlings are mass produced and rarely appreciate in value. Also, Breitling's service is absolute shite. I sold all 3 of my Breitlings(Navitimer Montbrillant 1903,'69 1806 Navitimer Chrono-matic, New Navitimer Chronomatic) due to piss poor customer service. Just my opinion though...

It's a brand I recall from my childhood in S-E Asia. As far as I can recall, they're pretty good watches, and they used to be sold at the upper end of the price range.
