Good for you. My SE still did not tell me whether he got my COE.

Must be a May production then While it would have been great if PML could have secured us a COE at $45k (first bidding in April), I guess that it would be better to get it now than to watch the prices go lower for subsequent biddings.

That is true. Was also told OMV expected to be around $50k. That really sucks considering the OMV for my E60 520i is $54k.

We got our COE at $45,501. Was told the OMV is expected to be 50K (523i HL) or less due to the severly weakened euro. So in the end PML still gets a healthy profit margin. I guess if your car is from the subsequent batches, the value of the OMV will likely be higher. Assuming of course that the situation with the relevant EU countries get sorted out.

Hi guys,

Sorry my dumb questions but what does a Highline version include?

And if I have got it right the F10 523i comes with the
LCI E60 525i engine over there?

As a high car taxed country we also have our extraordinariness over here.

My car will be a Business version including Xenos, PDC, extended AC functions
in front and the fold down rear seats.
This only for about 570 Euros extra, normally these extras would cost about 3.500 Euros.

Needless to say all BMW's up here has the winter package as standard.

Lucky you . Guess that you must have taken an ex-stock unit without options? You would probably be driving it after the launch then. Had my production month delayed to May to allow for more time to learn more about and to finalise the options. Don't think that the OMV will be higher for later batches. PML would have hedged their currency exposure. Furthermore, it is likely that the EUR would be at risk during the next few months.
