Calton, thats some funny shite! It cracks me up cause I'm totally with you, and Im sure were not the only ones. I had Franky's exhaust in my trunk for like over a month before I got around to installing it. Now, after we bought our house she's more cool with my mods, but she keeps asking me what mods do you plan next? Im like... uhhhh... I like my car the way it is for now, thinking to myself,..splitter, spoiler, diffuser, new wheels....
So true!

besides it will get the baby used to it.. shell grow to love that sound just as i do..
+1 and the extra "pulley" noise helps put the baby to sleep in the back seat.

Car seat + Exhaust = Baby Chloroform

It's funny... I actually told my wife that. She didn't buy it. I told her the sound of an engine is very soothing. Take for example, myself. Whenever I get on a plane, I pass out immediately. People are amazed at how easy I pass out when I fly. The moment the engines go on, I'm out.

I think the baby will be in the X5 for the first 6 months of its life. Plus, I don't need baby puke seeping into my rear perforated seats in the M. Unfortunately, the X has the perforated seats too, so I might have to lay down plastic in the back like The Jeffersons did on their couches.

Hopefully this doesn't happen in the E60...
