The day is fast approcahing. Only another 4 days until collection.
I'm popping down to drool over her tomorrow & check how they're getting on with preparing her.
Fired a call into DMS today & she's booked in next Wednesday for some special M5 fettling & to top it all i'm taking her on a 4day trip to Nurburgring the following week. Life can't get much better. Am their the same time as a few folk from E60.net so will no doubt swap stories & a few pints together.

My original thinking was to wait, however i had my RS6 fettled to well over 500BHP within a few days of getting her & my 535d Sport was DMS'd almost as soon as i got her, so i'm giving the M5 the same treatment. Though process was it's going to take a little time to master the performance & handling of the M5, so i may as well do these with the performance i intended for her, rather than learn the same lesson twice. I'll have 4-5days in Europe & at the Nurburgring to make in-roads in her taming & what better way to learn how to control this monster, better to do this at full tune.
