Hello, could you tell me what number you used in WinKFP to flash the EGS ????
I have 525D lci 2008 and I cannot find the correct number, I have tried several and they all give me error.
I thank you for explaining how you managed to do it.
525d never had the SAT option so no 2TB flash for this model, you could try the 530d firmware but you shift points may not be optimal for the characteristics of your engine.

For those that did the paddle wheel retrofit, did you also have to put a pin into "PIN 11" on the ECU box connector? from all the instructions it looked like I only had to tap into a pre-existing wire. but I went to run the wire today and PIN11 is empty.

Quick question - what size/spec header pins are necessary for the SZL x1880 connector? Going to attempt swapping the steering wheel and wire up the SSG paddles this week.

Imagine it, but someone already got it, like ?, I don't know.
When testing the 530 it gave me an error, I was afraid to block the box.

You want these connectors for the SZL, be careful installing the wires. I broke the clip on the connector trying to lift part of the plastic to release tension for the pins to slide all the way in past the lock. I do not know what pin is required for the x6031 connector. I just tapped the wire coming to the connector.
