Where can I find T26 Torx w/ HOLE??? I've never seen one even I searched google
I don't think it exists.. Must be a BMW specific torx
Plier works but it's not how it's supposed to be done hehehe...
This is irritating.

I just cleaned the MAF sensor but didn't notice any difference in the car's behaviour after. Will see if there's an effect on the gas consumption.
For those of you who are losing the battle against the security torx screw, use the easier way to access the MAF sensor as described in one of the posts above. This is what I did:
1. disconnect the cable
2. unclip the top of the airbox (as if you were to replace the air filter)
3. untighten the hose clamp and remove the hose from the MAF sensor
4. take out the airbox (the MAF sensor is attached)
Now you have easy access to the sensor and can spray as much as you'd like without having to worry that the spray goes into your engine.

CRC MAF Cleaner is available at Kragen stores in SoCal:

This does sound like an easy and good thing to do, especially after driving around in all the wildfire smoke a while back.

The most amazing part-I gained FOUR mpg on the city and 5 on the higway. That is ridiculous! I was absolutely shocked as the cleaning took 5 minutes. It was the same route I drive each week with no other variables changed as I just measured this prior to goin to the dealer and right before I cleaned the MAF. I find that amazing. My car has 38k miles on the clock

I will confirm after almost a week my avj MPG around the city has stabilized at 4mpg better. Have not done consistent highway yet but this is hundreds of miles around the same streets I always take in the same weather, same driving style, same gas etc so pretty pleased. Just have to remember to do this with each oil change or so regularly.

I coulnd't find one either...I'm sure they exist just not in the usual range of security Torx bits. Use the method below!
I haven't tried it yet, this seems like the best method...I just wanted to see if I had the bit to remove it.

A lot easier than riding around tool store and look stupid when you ask for a T26. Hahaha...
