The instructions call for removing the wires from the connector and reinserting in different pin locations--perhaps they didn't do it?

You nailed it. I went back to the dealership today and it took them an hour to troubleshoot....and figure out where it when wrong: the plug isn't in all the way to the M-ASK. It's a simple little thing, which they should've caught it. But it's better late than never! Looking at the bright side, AUX finally works and I can cycled through the control button on the steering wheel as well.

Glad it got fixed. I can't call up aux input with the steering wheel button, and will get it addressed at the next oil change, but I've only used that button a few times--when I first got the car to see how it works--it's much easier to use voice command.

Well, I'm just so thankful for this forum!

Now, I just need another software update (CIP 19 ?) to fix the disappearing amber LEDS...

Well everyone, my problem was that wires were backing out of the connector to the CCC, so it would not function properly. They found this, fixed the wire/connector interface, and tested it, and it was good. I tested it when I got home, and it sounds very nice.

On a side note, they didn't test it when they initially put in the Aux input, but my problem forced them to get an MP3 for testing, so I guess my problem has better prepared them for future Aux verification.
