Front is easier than the rear but you do have to pop off the side drip trim. Correction to my post above. After you pop out the drip trim, you do not need to order another as mentioned in my post above ($53). All you need are the mounting clips to reinstall. I thought te clips came with the part, but when I received it, the clips were not included.
i don't wish to bust anything up and end up doing this -->

total was $47.63 (US) for both parts and $22 for shipping. seems kind of steep for shipping imho.
still cheaper than getting them at the dealer though.

Doing mine this weekend. Read somewhere that if you start tucking in the strip at both ends first and working towards the middle you wont need to take off the end strips

crap the parts i got had kind of sucky fitment and looked cheapy in comparison to the original. the rear seal was crinkled and it looks messed up from the internal metal damage (via shipping). and i took so long to get around to installing it, it is now way past the 15-day return date. and the front seal didn't even fit on one side so i couldn't get it installed. and i can't return that either. i think i am just going to go to the dealer to get good fitment. i just called and the front seal is only $31 (US).
