I called my CA on Monday and he told me that my car is still at the VPC. He told me that he will have his manager call for me on Tuesday to find out when it is coming into the dealership. Today is Thursday and have not received a call yet. It all seems to be stall tactics and a lot of smoke and mirrors. He did mention this Saturday under his breathe that the car will be there. 
Now the car has been officially launched in NY as of yesterday. So we should be hearing something from someone.

The shipping website, which I trust the most because they track by VIN, has my car safe and sound in NJ. Someone should tell BMW I guess.
Next time I'm buying right off the lot and taking delivery that day!!

Nice to know that. You would not believe it, but I am also on the FRISIA same delivery date, and our order is almost identical. I am in B'ham, AL. Looking at delivery possibly next Tuesday.

courage has finally docked at charleston..my car is showing up as discharged at 3pm today..does anyone one know how much time does it take to reach the vpc or is the vpc near the port itself?am in chicago..any ideas how long after the vpc?

How stupid? This is not a totally new car or Diesel auto, but it is facelifted with some newer features eg. Engine, Gear etc.
Maybe.... because of this it was stuck at SC port or VPC. Otherwise I would had it by now ?
My dealer said , Still I shall be able to pick up anyday this week......?
will post as it arrives or picked up.

Delayed EPA Inspection / Issues (sometimes happens with 1st batch of import cars?)
Should arrive at my Chicago Dealer by April 10th(Wed) and pickup by April-14th(Sat) atleast I hope ?
