If the ship is on schedule, it will arrive in Charleston on 4/7, and depart 4/8. It's next stop, after Charleston, will be Brunswick, GA on 4/9.

My dealer (in Texas) also gave me a dealer delivery window of 4/13 to 4/20.

Thanks Sol, my first choice was Carbon Black, but I chose space grey instead. Every car I have owned was some iteration of black. It was time for a change!

My E60 is expected to be picked up by Sat. 7th at chicago (dealer said 'before sat. 7th.' ?? )

Update: I spoke with my CA yesterday again. He basically told me that it is still at the VPC and waiting transport. The sales manager will make a call today and find out what the exact date is for the arrival at the BMW center.

My CA is guessing by this Saturday, we can square things away.

Saturday looks to be 'the day' for US. Makes sense as it is the day after the official launch. My problem is, after 9 weeks of painful waiting and insane obsessing, I am leaving Friday morning for a 3 day trip.

You think my wife would understand when I tell her that we can't leave for Virginia on Friday to see her parents for Easter because I have to get my car on Saturday. How do I approach that one without getting

Tell her that you can't go, because of a last minute presentation came up in the office.....that needs your immediate attention...the presentation is called Bimmer Makes [b]W[/bay to New York and it has to be presented to the board of directors on Saturday..... or you can just bash your head for 3 days.
