Dealer told me he would call the minute he knew and or had any news. i would agree that the New York/ New Jersey thing is a probable cause, having lived and worked there most of my time.

I just got a call from my CA. Confirmed info......car was turned over to the trucking company yesterday. The dealer is expecting the car in Dallas either later today or tomorrow.

Thanks. The waiting is rotten--plain and simple. I am scheduled for pick up at 9am tomorrow. I'm thinking I may show up just a couple of minutes early. When/where is your car in line?

I believe I have totally pissed my CA off, so I will not be calling him until Friday. As far as my delivery goes, I have ordered the M-tech kit, It is at the dealership (at a discounted price) awaiting delivery of the car. I purchased M-167s(19s), H&R spacers, General Exclaims and its also awaiting delivery of the vehicle for installation. You were right, I could not get a "Port install" because of the color.
I know my "precious" was at the port on the 7th, and was at the VPC on the 9th, so my guess is.....we'll see.

I know this thread is boring if you haven't been anxiously awaiting a new BMW for 3 months. I try to be as respectful as most others here, so take this for what it's worth-- There are threads in this forum that I think are interesting, others which I couldn't give a rat's ass about. If I don't give a sh*t about a topic, I don't read it. Plain and simple. I don't joke about how boring it is or for how long it has gone on. 22 pages and over 13,000 views tell me that this topic may be somewhat interesting to people, and not a snoozefest. Others may disagree. I respect that. If you disagree, you don't have to read it. Let's all post in harmony.

Wow, dude. I would have thought you had some thicker skin. My appologies. I am sure if I was anxiously awaiting my delivery, I would be here every day all day as I am sure you and many of your friends are. I suppose you took things a little more to heart than the light in which I intended my barb. In the future I will be sure to make my intentions clear so as not to offend your delicate sensitivities.
